Shipping and Returns
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days once the order is placed. We understand that no one likes waiting, and we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. On occasion, we may have temporary stock outages and have to backorder certain items. In this case, please allow some extra time to get your order processed. If a customer account has been created, we will advise any shipping delays via email.
SHIPPING TIMES (USA)
Shipping times will vary depending upon which shipping method the customer selects and the zip code to which the order is shipped. Please confirm the estimated delivery times with the chosen carrier when placing an order. For orders over $100.00 shipping is free. For orders with free shipping, Torn Waders will determine the method of shipping.
Our policy for returning products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that have been laundered, worn, soiled, damaged, used or otherwise rendered unsalable cannot be returned. To process your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a returns authorization number. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that Torn Waders does not control the credit card refund process once a refund has been processed by us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a returns authorization number along with your request for exchanging any products. Once you receive a returns authorization number, send your item to the address under 'Shipping' shown below.
Our returns policy applies only to the original purchaser of our products.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Torn Waders LLC, 9732 Pyramid Way #307, Sparks, NV, 89441, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any unpaid costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping for defective items will be paid by Torn Waders. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Trackable shipping services provide basic protection for all parties involved.
