Shasta Lake is King!

Mike drove all the way from Utah to tie into this beautiful Shasta Lake King salmon!

Today we fished Shasta Lake and were able to pull three limits of trout and salmon before the forecasted 113 degree heat had a chance to interefre with our comfort levels.  The morning started out a little slow and I didn't see fish where I normally do.  A small adjustment about 30 minutes into the trip and we found the schools of bait we were looking for.  Non stop action ensued and we were having a hard time keeping lines in the water.  The trolling depth remained consistant at 90-95' and our Mack's Lure UV Sling Blades and Humdingers did it again!

Rainbow trout such as the one in this pic are easy to come by anytime you fish Shasta Lake!
