 Water flows are at 4,000 cfs and the water temperature is 40 degrees. The water clarity is perfect and the fishing is good. Throw full sinking lines if you’re a streamer fisherman. A light fly/dark fly combination (yes, a two-fly rig) works well. Fish are eating sowbugs, scuds, Baetis nymph patterns, midge pupa, and aquatic worms. There are some midges and a few Baetis around.
